Return Policy
Start a return
To request a return, email support@crushlab.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved return request won't be accepted.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Store credit
Accepted returns are refunded as store credit, issued as a CRUSHLAB gift card, within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Items we can't accept
We can't accept returns of items that are used or damaged by the customer, items missing parts or packaging, or requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Email support@crushlab.com to exchange for a different color, once per order.
